Wallet Policy

Galib Telecom provides a wallet that can be used only to purchase telecom services available inside the application.

Add Balance Policy

Users may add balance using supported payment methods. Funds are credited only after payment verification by Galib Telecom.

• Payment verification may require a valid Transaction ID.
• False or invalid payment information may result in rejection.
• Additional verification may be requested where necessary.

Recharge Policy

Wallet balance can be used only to purchase telecom services such as:

• Mobile Recharge
• Internet Packages
• Minute Packages
• Other telecom services offered by Galib Telecom

Recharge requests are processed by the Galib Telecom service team and may require manual verification.

Wallet Restrictions

The Galib Telecom Wallet is not a bank account or digital financial account.

• Wallet balance can only be used inside the Galib Telecom application.
• Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another user.
• Wallet balance cannot be sent to a bank account or Mobile Financial Service account.
• Wallet balance cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refund Policy

Funds added to the wallet are intended for telecom services only. Refund requests, where applicable, are handled according to applicable laws and Galib Telecom's refund policy.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction data.
